In this episode, I explore what it means to reclaim sleep in a world that taught us to fear rest.. for fear of missing out, not producing, or doing enough. Sleep is seen as a disruption to productivity. But sleep is what makes us more effective and.. the truth is, the more rested we are, the more creative we are.

We’re shifting from a fear-based life of constant doing to a feminine rhythm of being, receiving, and remembering. Sleep isn’t checking out — it’s checking in. It’s when your body recalibrates, your nervous system resets, and your subconscious plants seeds of creation.

I share my own journey — how I documented my sleep awakening during one of the most difficult seasons of my life, and how simple nighttime rituals began to soften, heal, and transform me. Through that transformation, I created a one-month plan to help my serious brain fog, to get mental clarity, to nourish my wired up nervous system and a year passed I was healing on deeper levels and remembered who I am. 

Tonight, I invite you to let go of the old stories. Stop seeing sleep as something you have to do, and start seeing it as the gateway to who you’re becoming. When you sleep like a goddess, you rise like a queen.
