Find a quiet and comfortable space where you can sit or lie down without being disturbed. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths to relax your body and mind.

Visualize yourself standing in the middle of a circle of supportive and loving women who hold space for you. These women could be ancestors, goddesses, or simply figures who embody divine feminine energy.

Feel the energy of this circle of women surrounding you, supporting you, and empowering you to step into your own power. Allow yourself to bask in this energy and feel its strength and warmth.

Bring to mind a situation where you feel afraid or unsure of yourself, a situation where you feel like you want to hide or shrink away. Visualize yourself in that situation, feeling those feelings, but now imagine the circle of women standing behind you, supporting you, and giving you the courage to be seen.

Repeat the affirmation to yourself: "I am a divine and powerful being, fearless in shining my light and being seen in all my glory." Repeat this affirmation as many times as you need to feel it sink into your being.

Allow yourself to feel the fear and uncertainty melt away as you bask in the warm and empowering energy of the circle of women. Visualize yourself standing tall and confident, radiating your light out into the world.

When you feel ready, take a deep breath and bring yourself back to the present moment. Know that you can call on this circle of supportive and empowering women anytime you need their strength and courage.

Take a few more deep breaths, wiggle your fingers and toes, and when you are ready, gently open your eyes.
