Ayurvedic Self-Oil Massage
Â
Ayurvedic self-oil massage, known as Abhyanga, is a traditional daily healing ritual in Ayurveda that involves massaging the entire body with warm herbal oils. This practice is designed to balance the body’s energy (doshas), improve circulation, calm the nervous system, support lymphatic drainage, and deeply nourish the skin and tissues.
It’s not just physical—it’s a deeply spiritual and self-honoring act. By massaging the body with intention and love, you awaken your body’s innate intelligence, release stored tension, and invite a deeper sense of calm, clarity, and connection.
This is the original Abhyanga monthly tutorial that was released each month with a box. I decided to keep its original innocence about it when I first started recording videos and courses.Â
If you scroll down, I recorded what the modules inside the portal look like so you can see it. There are 40+ modules, no longer than 20 minutes, some a few minutes, mixed with audio, video and PDFs. It's available on the app too.Â
I have kept some unboxing videos in the portal if they relate to a massage technique or an herbal oil. Though they are broken down by months, only because this used to be a monthly subscription with a companion monthly tutorial, you'll see the modules monthly starting January, however, jump anywhere if you want to learn how to massage your joints, face or belly for example.Â
I've included complementary bonuses like a sprinkling of Ayurveda, how to make your own salt scrubs and therapeutics recorded audio for educational purposes.

Lifetime access plus updates and new content
If I record new videos, you'll receive lifetime access, so you'll get those as well. I am re-recording a section on which oils to use.Â
If you'd like more practice, from time I lead practice sessions. Drop ins are free if you purchase this course and are a member. I will send an email when I do offer them.Â
For live support and questions, be sure to get inside my women's wellness classes, coaching and accountability membership, Flourish.Â

Maria’s Story
This subscription is 13 years in the making. I am a devotee of oil and the practice of abhyanga since it has been life changing for me. I wanted to share what it has done for me. It’s never too late to start the practice.
After a period in my life of extreme stress and instability, I suffered quietly from exhaustion and fibromyalgia. I found comfort in abhyanga.Â
My body hurt to touch. I was a bundle of nerves. I found that warm oil on my skin soothed me. I repeatedly did this. I started to feel stronger. I started to feel alive again. I started to learn to really care for myself again and listen to my body. I learned so much from this intimate time with myself. I learned my body is different, my nervous system is wired differently.Â
I stepped into more of my role as a healer and began managing my energy in much better ways through living Ayurveda.
My skin tone improved. Like it bounced back, had life again. Life began flowing again. Plants came to my dreams like my informants. Today, I feel strong, more youthful than ever. It’s my natural desire to share the virtues of Ayurvedic Healing, Abhyanga, Energy & Plants as the medicine of our time; to share the message of our body’s ability to heal on its own and create a more harmonious world with all of nature. Plants give us life.Â
Thank you for your support in natural healing and having faith in all the beauty plants bring to help us be better human beings. Humanity is healing.Â
